Nothing to infer from the chain.

The money moved through here, so the payment and the journal entry were created together — payee, purpose, rate and approval included.

Contributor payouts & payroll

Pay contributors, grantees, vendors and the core team across 90+ countries, in stablecoin or local currency, from the same balance. One at a time, by CSV, or over the API.

Signers, approvals & books

Set who can create and who must approve, per entity. Every transfer, conversion and reward posts to the ledger as it settles, then exports to Xero, QuickBooks or NetSuite.

Audit

The four things an auditor asks for.

Wallet ownership provable on-chain, balances at a date, what each transfer was, and who authorised it.

Contributor runs and payroll.

Pay the core team, the contributor bench and a grant cohort from one balance. A saved group or a CSV, in stablecoin or local currency, in a single run.

Signers, thresholds and roles.

Custody

We cannot move your money. By construction.

Your treasury sits in a Squads smart account your company owns, signed by keys only your team can unlock. Plaitr never takes custody of your funds, never holds them in transit, and never holds a key that could move them. The threshold that authorises a payment is enforced by the contract on Solana, not by anything we run.

Plaitr cannot sign, release or reverse this payment

Only your signers can sign.

Each signer's key is split two ways — one share sealed in a secure enclave, one that unlocks only with their own login. Both are required to produce a signature. Plaitr holds neither.

The threshold is enforced on-chain.

Your signing rules live in the Squads smart account on Solana, not in our policy engine. There is no admin switch, no override and no support path that moves money without your signers.

Your keys are yours to take.

Any signer can export their full private key at any time, in standard Solana format, and use it in any wallet. The account lives on-chain and keeps working whether or not Plaitr does.

Plaitr holds no customer funds at any point. On-chain balances are self-custodial in your own smart account. Fiat accounts and local rails are provided by licensed partner institutions, which hold the fiat leg under their own licensing and custody. Read the security architecture.

Close the month, not the quarter.

One reconciled ledger across ACH, wire, SEPA, Faster Payments, USDC and USDT.

Plaitr is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services are provided by licensed partner institutions.

Matched as it settles

Multi-entity, multi-currency, one close.

A foundation and a labs entity on one ledger, each balance sheet still its own.

Off-ramp

Stablecoin in. Bank transfer out.

Your account has its own wallet address, so USDC arrives next to your fiat with no claim step and nothing to move yourself. Convert at mid-market with no spread, then pay out over ACH, wire, SEPA or local rails. No exchange account, and no one on the team wiring company money from a personal one.

Payouts

Tell us who to pay. We handle the rail.

Contributors, grantees, vendors and the core team, across 90+ countries, from the same balance. Each payee takes stablecoin or their own currency, whichever they asked for, and your team never picks a network or manages a provider. Stablecoin payouts are gasless: Plaitr pays the network fee.

Books

The ledger is written as the money moves.

Because the payment goes through Plaitr, the transaction and the journal entry are created together — counterparty, rail and applied rate attached, fiat and on-chain alike. Nothing is reconstructed from a block explorer at quarter-end, and the period exports to Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite or CSV.

Before & After

One account, not four.

Same contributor payout. One path crosses four tools, four fee lines and a quarter-end cleanup. The other is one transfer at mid-market, gas included, with the ledger already written.

The old way3–4 days

Four tools, four handoffs.

Money and information hop between systems that don’t talk to each other. Finance stitches it back at month-end.
